Job Description – Relationship Manager (RM) Job Details Location: Bilekahalli, Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, or Financial Services

Salary: Up to 2.5–3.0 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Education: Graduate / MBA Preferred

Working Days: 6 days (Sunday weekly off) Working Hours • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday • 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays will be full working days • 2nd and 4th Saturdays will be holidays

Job Summary We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage and build strong client relationships at RGURU Financial Services LLP. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and clienthandling skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial service solutions.

The candidate should: • Be fluent in English, Kannada, and Telugu • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills • Be confident in client interaction and relationship building • Be self-motivated and target-driven • Maintain professionalism while handling clients Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients • Understand client financial requirements and suggest suitable services • Handle client queries and provide timely support • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers • Maintain regular communication with clients for relationship management • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing • Achieve monthly targets and business goals • Maintain accurate client records and reports • Generate referrals and business opportunities through networking • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Requirements • Proven experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Financial Services • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Good negotiation and convincing abilities • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email • Professional attitude and presentation skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Graduate degree preferred Company Description RGURU FINANCIAL SERVICES LLP appreciates that each investor has unique objectives.
