Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding farm plots and luxury villa projects.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment goals.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and investment opportunities.
Build strong relationships with potential buyers and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
Accompany clients to site visits and provide complete project walkthroughs.
Address customer queries, negotiate deals, and work towards successful closures.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
Maintain records of leads, site visits, customer interactions, and closures.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Farm Plots / Villas / Residential Projects preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Experience in lead handling, client meetings, and sales closures.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Target-driven with strong closing abilities.
