Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing sales operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training & guidance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns (digital & offline)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achievements
- Preferred Skills:Experience in Real Estate / Co-working / B2B sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
