Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and patient-friendly Front Office Executive / Receptionist for our healthcare facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling front desk operations, attending calls, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries politely.
- Maintain patient records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing support and payment collection if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage walk-in patients and guide them appropriately.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain attendance/registers.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Hospital Software).
- Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Multitasking and coordination abilities.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare Industry preferred.
- Salary Best in Industry / As per Experience
Working Hours :As per hospital shift timings.

- Pleasant personality with professional appearance.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
