About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for open positions. You'll manage the initial stages of the recruitment process by connecting with prospective candidates, assessing their fit, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact through interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage prospective candidates through outbound calls.
• Understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations to assess role fit.
• Explain job opportunities, compensation, and the recruitment process clearly.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility, qualifications, and documentation.
• Drive candidate applications and ensure interview readiness through timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate interactions over the phone.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.
