Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Recruitment & Activation
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners as per the defined sales process.
- Drive partner activation and ensure early-stage productivity.
2. Lead Conversion & Business Development
- Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
3. Product Knowledge & Training
- Stay updated on product offerings, new launches, and process enhancements.
- Educate partners on products, features, and value propositions.
4. Sales Process Adherence
- Follow the defined sales lifecycle from lead allocation to closure and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.
5. Continuous Learning & Development
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship management skills.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Relationship management and stakeholder handling
- Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)
