Job Description
Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1 – 6 Years
Location: Bangalore, Budigare Cross
Role Overview
Responsible for client acquisition, meetings, and business closure, driving revenue growth through a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client meetings (walk-ins, leads, site visits)
- Understand client requirements and propose interior solutions
- Prepare and present quotations & proposals
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with design and execution teams
- Maintain CRM records and client follow-ups
