Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Recruitment & Activation

• Identify, engage, and onboard new partners as per the defined sales process.
• Drive partner activation and ensure early-stage productivity.

2. Lead Conversion & Business Development

• Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and effective closure of deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.

3. Product Knowledge & Training

• Stay updated on product offerings, new launches, and process enhancements.
• Educate partners on products, features, and value propositions.

4. Sales Process Adherence

• Follow the defined sales lifecycle from lead allocation to closure and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.

5. Continuous Learning & Development

• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship management skills.

Key Skills Required
