Job Title: Residential Construction Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ₹20000 – ₹35000/month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Residential Construction Sales Manager to lead our sales conversion process. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert qualified leads provided by our marketing and lead generation team into confirmed residential construction projects. The candidate will also supervise the telesales team, ensure timely lead follow-ups, and improve overall sales conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into residential construction projects.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their house construction requirements.
- Present the company's residential construction services, packages, project specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Build trust with customers and address their queries throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Manage and guide the telesales team to ensure prompt follow-up on assigned leads.
- Monitor lead status, follow-up quality, and conversion performance.
- Train and mentor telesales executives on communication, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry to project sign-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an advantage).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in residential construction, real estate, interiors, or related industries.
- Proven experience in handling a sales or telesales team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
