Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join our team at The Organic World. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information
- Handle billing and cash counter operations (POS)
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of shelves and products
- Ensure stock availability and assist in stock replenishment
- Monitor product expiry and remove expired/damaged goods
- Support inventory checks and stock audits
- Follow company policies and store procedures
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of retail/store experience (FMCG / supermarket preferred)
- Basic communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred)
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage
