Hiring: Seller Relationship Executive (Tele Sales)

Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to manage the complete seller journey for a leading online marketplace for pre-owned two-wheelers. This is a revenue-focused telesales role where you will engage with sellers, activate listings, sell paid packages, and support successful vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify seller leads generated through website and marketing channels.
• Explain available selling options and guide sellers through the process.
• Schedule vehicle inspections and ensure timely completion.
• Support KYC verification and listing activation.
• Sell paid seller packages and drive listing renewals.
• Promote Value Added Services (VAS) through upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
• Generate ATVs (Agree to Visit) and follow up until deal closure.
• Manage an assigned seller portfolio and ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, or Account Management.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Good relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
• Experience in automotive, fintech, classifieds, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is an advantage.
