Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for fire extinguishers and fire safety solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for installations and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, and fire safety regulations.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional sales.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
