Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them find their ideal property while driving sales for our residential and commercial projects.
- Main ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Following up on leads generated through various marketing channels and converting them into site visits.
- Client Consultation: Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable properties that fit their budget and lifestyle.
- Site Visits: Conducting professional property tours and explaining the project features, amenities, and pricing plans.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling price negotiations and guiding clients through the documentation and booking process.
- Market Research: Keeping track of local real estate trends, competitor projects, and market pricing.
