Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executives (Freshers) who are eager to begin their career in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Generate and manage leads for farmland and real estate projects through calls, site visits, and networking • Explain project details, pricing, legal aspects, and investment benefits to prospective clients • Conduct site visits and property presentations for customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable farmland investment options • Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings • Coordinate with the legal and documentation team to ensure smooth closure of deals Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Driving License along with CAR and BIKE riding • Confidence in speaking with new people • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Desired Traits • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Target-oriented mindset • Good listening and persuasion skills • Self-motivated and energetic personality • Team player with a professional approach What We Offer • Opportunity to start a career in sales and business development • Hands-on training and mentorship • Performance-based incentives • Career growth opportunities within the organization • Supportive and energetic work environment
