We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our sales operations. This role is ideal for a professional who can improve sales performance, maximize lead conversions, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth through strong sales execution and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance and revenue growth.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead assignment to customer conversion.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth lead flow and improved conversion rates.
- Monitor sales activities, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and closures.
- Manage, guide, and support Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training for the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data.
- Identify process gaps and improve sales systems for better efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Sales Management.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred
- Experience in education, edtech, training, or service-based industries is preferred.
- Prior experience in inside sales or admissions is an advantage.
