Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction:
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable property options.
- Sales Support & Execution:
- Assist in the sales process including lead handling, site visits, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Lead Management:
- Handle assigned leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Property Presentation:
- Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients during calls and site visits.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about available inventory, ongoing projects, and basic market trends in Bangalore.
- Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets set by the management.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Key Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic negotiation and convincing ability
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
