About FortimarkFortimark is a rapidly growing AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) and Social Media Marketing (SMMA) agency. We partner with ambitious brands across India and abroad to deliver intelligent automation, performance marketing, and full-stack digital solutions that move the needle.

The RoleWe're looking for a driven, personable Sales & Marketing Executive to join us on-site in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you'll own the full sales cycle while also driving the marketing activities that fuel it — from running outreach campaigns and building brand presence to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with the founding team and play a direct role in shaping Fortimark's growth trajectory.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads across target industries
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from first outreach through to close
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Represent Fortimark professionally in client meetings, pitches, and presentations

Marketing

  • Plan and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Contribute to Fortimark's brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams on sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to inform GTM strategy
  • Track and report on campaign performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health

QualificationsRequired

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing — social media, email outreach, content, or performance ads
  • Experience with sales forecasting, market analysis, and CRM tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and consistently hitting targets

Preferred

  • Prior experience in the technology, SaaS, or digital agency industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
