Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, improving productivity, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Train new employees on products, sales processes, and company policies.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the team.
  • Work closely with management to implement sales strategies and improve team performance.
