Senior Account Manager

Looking for Accountant Manager oversees daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. They ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations, manage month-end close, perform account reconciliations, and provide financial analysis to support company leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Close: Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements).
• Operational Management: Oversee A/P, A/R, cash management, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations. Coordinate and provide information for internal and external audits.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff.
• Analysis & Budgeting: Develop actionable insights from data, monitor expenses, and assist with forecasting and budget preparation.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and safeguard assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Usually 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, often requiring prior supervisory experience.
