Job Title: Account Executive

Reports To: CFO
Experience Level: 3+ years preferred

About Us
Nandi Warehousing Company is a Clearing and forwarding agent, transport service, warehouse handlers and inventory management of stock, rake handling and providing godown facilities at various places for Cement and Fertilizer companies. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to join our team and help drive financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Lead or support process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Minimum [5] years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with accounting software Tally
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CFA office
- Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
