🚀 Hiring: Senior HR & Operations Manager


📍 Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives

🕒 Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred


Requirements:

✅ MBA HR

✅ 3+ Years HR Experience

✅ Recruitment & Team Handling

✅ Payroll, PF, ESI Knowledge

✅ Kannada or Tamil Mandatory

✅ Good English Communication


Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment

• Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

• Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Office Administration

• Team Management

• Startup Funding & Investor Coordination Support

• MIS & Reporting


Preferred Industry:

BFSI, Financial Services, Stock Market, Recruitment, Startup Ecosystem
