Job Summary:

Rockstack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer – L3 with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, Wi-Fi deployment, and network infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site surveys, enterprise Wi-Fi implementation, network architecture planning, configuration, troubleshooting, and handling a team of network engineers for deployment and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and prepare implementation plans for enterprise networking projects

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi solutions and networking devices

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project requirements

• Design and prepare network architecture diagrams and topology layouts

• Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, ACLs, NAT, STP, OSPF, and other networking technologies

• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of network infrastructure

• Handle advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network-related issues

• Ensure network security, availability, stability, and performance optimization

• Coordinate with clients for project implementation, technical discussions, and support activities

• Lead and manage a team of network engineers during deployment and support projects

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation records

• Support onsite and remote client environments as required

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise Wi-Fi installation and configuration

• Hands-on experience in configuration and management of Core Switches (L3 Switches)

• Expertise in Routing & Switching (L2/L3)

• Experience in firewall configuration and network security management

• Good knowledge of VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, ACL, and VPN technologies

• Experience in preparing network architectural diagrams and BOMs

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Team handling and project coordination experience

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

• CCNA / CCNP certifications preferred

• 4–10 years of relevant networking experience

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Willingness to travel for onsite deployment and support activities

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Working Hours

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Working days: Monday to Saturday

• Sunday fixed week off
