Job Description
The RoleWe are looking for a hungry and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our core Business Team. In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for our revenue engine. You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, articulating the value of our complex technical solutions to business leaders, and closing deals that drive our top-line growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting and lead generation to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers (CTOs, CMOs, Operations Heads) across target industries, understanding their operational bottlenecks and competitive landscapes.
- Solution Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our enterprise tech and AI solutions. Translate complex architectural benefits (like automated workflows and data integration) into clear ROI for the client.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up on systematically.
- Market Intelligence: Gather on-the-ground insights regarding competitor messaging, market trends, and client needs to feed back to the product and marketing teams.
- What We Are Looking ForExperience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT consulting, SaaS, enterprise software, or AI solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to craft compelling cold emails and command a room during a pitch.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Drive & Resilience: A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Comfortable operating in the dynamic, ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup.
