Job Title: Service Engineer / Technician (MHE Equipment)
Location: Nagasandra, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000
Experience: Minimum 1 year
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer / Technician to handle maintenance, repair, and servicing of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The role involves both in-house workshop tasks and on-site field service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain forklifts, stackers, reach trucks, and other MHE equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in electric and diesel equipment
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Attend field service calls and provide on-site support
- Ensure timely completion of service tasks and maintain service reports
- Follow safety standards and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in servicing MHE / heavy equipment
- Knowledge of forklift, stacker, and reach truck systems
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical background preferred
- Willingness to travel for field service work
- Basic English communication skills
