Site Supervisor

**URGENT REQUIREMENT**

1. Daily Site Management

Supervise construction activities on-site

Make sure work is happening as per drawings and plan

Handle workers, contractors, and vendors.

2. Labor Handling

Assign tasks to workers every day

Monitor productivity (no time-wasting allowed)

Resolve conflicts between workers.

3. Quality Control

Check materials (cement, steel, bricks, etc.)

Ensure work meets standards — no shortcuts

Report defects immediately.

4. Safety Enforcement

Make sure workers wear helmets, gloves, etc.

Prevent accidents — one mistake can cost lives

Follow site safety rules strictly.

5. Material Management

Track materials coming in and going out

Avoid wastage and theft

Maintain stock records.

6. Reporting

Update engineers or project managers daily

Maintain site reports, attendance, and progress logs

Take photos/document work progress if required.

7. Coordination

Work with engineers, architects, and clients

Ensure smooth communication between all parties.
