Procurement Manager (Interior, Civil)

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Identify reliable vendors and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/projects/departments.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
• Track market trends and material cost fluctuations.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
• Evaluate vendor performance periodically.
• Ensure cost control and budget management.
• Handle emergency and urgent procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for material planning and delivery schedules.
