Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Campaign Executive to manage our clients' social media presence and execute high-performing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance, budgets, and campaign metrics to maximize ROI.
• Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Suggest strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
• Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
