Job Summary: 

As a Software Developer Trainee you work on the end-to-end development of enterprise software products, develop various AI intelligence tools and layers. Under the supervision from the seniors and guidance your role involves designing, developing, and testing software modules while leveraging modern technologies and AI-powered solutions to build innovative and scalable applications. 

• Key Responsibilities Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and SaaS products. 
• Assist in designing and implementing scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. 
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application features. 
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services. 
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability. 
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides as required. 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices, and apply them to projects. 
• Required Skills Basic knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. 
• Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. 
• Familiarity with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. 
• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server. 
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control practices. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. 
• Good communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities. 
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced development environment. 

Preferred Technologies Programming: Python, JavaScript 

Backend: Django, Flask, FastAPI 

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js (Basic) 

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB 

AI/ML: OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning Basics 

Tools: Git, GitHub, Postman, VS Code 

Cloud : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or related fields
