Collection/Recovery Manager

The Area Collection Manager is responsible for managing collection operations across assigned branches/locations, ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts, reducing delinquency levels, and achieving collection targets. The role involves team handling, field monitoring, and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage collection activities for the assigned area/branches.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up.

Lead and guide collection executives and field staff.

Conduct regular branch visits and field reviews.

Ensure reduction in delinquency and bucket movement.

Handle escalated customer cases and settlement discussions.

Maintain portfolio quality as per company standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for better recovery management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Train and motivate collection team members for performance improvement.

Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in collections, recovery, or BFSI sector preferred.
