Job Description
- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms
- Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closing
- Conduct property site visits and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal closure
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
