Aarve Power Systems is looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Energy Technician to install, maintain, and service solar energy systems including solar street lights, rooftop solar systems, solar CCTV systems, and solar pumps. The candidate should have technical knowledge of electrical installations, solar panel systems, and maintenance operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

☀️ Install, commission, and service solar street lights, rooftop solar systems, solar CCTV systems, and solar pumps

⚡ Identify and resolve issues related to solar panels, batteries, inverters, and electrical systems
📋 Conduct quality checks to ensure efficient and effective system performance
🛠️ Handle cable installation, panel wiring, and electrical equipment setup
🚶 Supervise site activities and coordinate with team members for smooth project execution
🤝 Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining customer satisfaction
📞 Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
📈 Maintain safety standards and follow operational procedures during installations and servicing
🌟 Support renewable energy initiatives through efficient technical operations
💰 Salary:
💵 ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (As per Skill & Experience)
