Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to identify suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, coordinate with vendors, and support the sales team with timely pricing and product information.
- Responsibilities:Source products and vendors based on RFQs
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers
- Follow up with vendors for pricing, delivery, and technical details
- Coordinate with sales team for quotation submission
- Maintain vendor database and sourcing records
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines
- Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and ERP/CRM systems
- Experience in procurement/sourcing preferred
- Ability to handle multiple RFQs and deadlines efficiently
