What You'll Be Responsible For

✔️ Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and tiffin items including Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Pongal, Poori, Upma, Khara Bath, Kesari Bath, Chutneys, Sambar, Rasam, Rice varieties, and other traditional specialties.

✔️ Ensure every dish is prepared with consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and attractive presentation.

✔️ Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours.

✔️ Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene at all times.

✔️ Plan ingredient requirements and coordinate with management to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.

✔️ Minimize food wastage through proper inventory and stock management.

✔️ Guide and supervise kitchen helpers and junior staff to maintain smooth workflow.

✔️ Ensure timely preparation and service without compromising quality.

✔️ Suggest innovative menu ideas and seasonal specialties to enhance customer satisfaction.

✔️ Work as a team player to provide an exceptional dining experience for every customer.
