Stock Market Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle pre-qualified leads and convert them into active clients for our stock market and financial advisory services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining company services, building trust with prospects, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with company-provided leads via phone calls and online communication.
• Explain stock market advisory services, trading plans, and investment products to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Convert interested prospects into paid customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients until closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for better retention and upselling opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer interactions and sales status in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with advisory and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about services.
