Job Description: Store Manager – Retail (Havells Brand Store)

Location: Frazer Town (Bangalore)

Experience Required: 2–5 years in retail sales (preferably electricals, appliances, or consumer durables)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Havells retail outlet. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience who is ready to step into a managerial position and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities·    

     Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets

·    Deliver excellent customer experience and build repeat clientele

·    Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, billing, and inventory

·    Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines

·    Handle customer queries, product demonstrations, and conversions

·    Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

·    Ensure proper display and knowledge of Havells products (fans, lighting, appliances, etc.)

·    Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and compliance

·    Support basic reporting (daily sales, stock movement, etc.)

·    Assist in local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions and get sales order doing some 

Business Development: The Store Manager shall proactively generate business beyond walk-in customers by building relationships with local contractors, architects, builders, interior designers, electricians, institutions, and other potential customers. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and securing orders to achieve the store's sales targets.

Key Requirements·    2–5 years of retail sales experience (consumer durables preferred)

·    Strong communication and interpersonal skills (should have communication fluency in Kannada

·    Basic understanding of sales targets and store KPIs

·    Willingness to take ownership and grow into a leadership role

·    Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel is a plus)

·    Presentable and customer-focused attitude

. Strong communication fluency in Kannada and must be able to speak Kannada compulsorily.
