Store Manager

The Store Operations cum Delivery Manager will handle daily operations, customer coordination, and delivery management for a busy laundry store. 

The role requires strong organizational skills, responsibility, and readiness to work all seven days due to continuous store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store activities including order intake, billing, and dispatch.

- Interact with customers, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.

- Coordinate with the washing, ironing, and packaging teams to ensure timely processing.

- Handle pickup and delivery operations within the assigned area.

- Maintain inventory of detergents, packaging materials, and supplies.

- Track and report daily sales, orders, and delivery performance to management.

- Ensure store cleanliness, operational discipline, and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum educational requirement: Graduate (any stream).Minimum 2 year of experience in retail, logistics, or operations (laundry experience preferred).

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (basic).

- Basic computer or mobile app handling knowledge.

- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer orientation.
