Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager / Operations Manager

Job SummaryWoodtech Consultants Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of materials. The candidate should ensure smooth operations and maintain effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and supply chain records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
• Analyze supply chain processes and suggest improvements.
• Handle vendor negotiations and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to supply chain activities.
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and logistics management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Preferred RequirementsExperience in vendor management and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehouse coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
