Trophykart is a leading corporate gifting and awards company specializing in customized trophies, joining kits, apparel, bags, tech gifts, festive hampers, and employee engagement merchandise. We work with corporate clients across India and provide complete in-house branding and customization solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Upload products on company website
- Add product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images accurately
- Resize/edit basic product images before uploading
- Maintain product categories, tags, and collections properly
- Coordinate with the design and sales team for product details and creatives
- Ensure all uploaded products are error-free and visually attractive
- Update stock availability, pricing, and product variations regularly
- Optimize product listings for better visibility and searchability
- Upload banners, festive collections, and promotional products on time
- Maintain proper file naming and image organization
- Check website regularly for broken links, wrong images, or upload issues
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of websites and product uploading
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic image editing knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) preferred
- Understanding of product presentation and aesthetics
- Ability to handle repetitive work with accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Fresher can also apply
- Interest in e-commerce, gifting, branding, or digital operations
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Learn

- Coordination between sales, design, and operations
Salary Range : Between Rs.20000/- to Rs.25000/- per month as CTC
Office Timing : 10 am to 7 pm
Sunday + 2 Saturday off
