Job Description

We are seeking a versatile System Admin Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, hardware systems, networking, website maintenance, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise along with basic digital marketing knowledge.


Key Responsibilities

Hardware & System Administration

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Manage OS installation, updates, and system security (Windows/Linux)

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Networking

Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks

Handle routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN setup

Monitor network performance and ensure uptime

Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and network security

Website Management

Manage and update company website (content, images, products)

Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms

Coordinate with developers for changes and improvements

Ensure website uptime, speed, and SEO basics

Social Media Management

Handle company profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create and post regular content (technical & marketing posts)

Respond to inquiries and generate leads

Monitor analytics and improve engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)

Experience with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)

Basic knowledge of social media tools and strategies

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of cybersecurity basics

Experience in CCTV, access control, or IT infrastructure projects

Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)

SEO and digital marketing knowledge
