Technical Troubleshooting: Systematically identify the root cause of hardware failures, software bugs, and system crashes.

Hardware Repair: Diagnose and replace faulty components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, RAM, and SSDs.

Software Support: Install and configure Windows OS, resolve driver conflicts, and troubleshoot application errors.

Connectivity Support: Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, LAN, and peripheral connectivity issues (e.g., printers or external displays).

Customer Solutions: Communicate technical issues to customers in simple terms and provide effective, timely solutions to their complaints.

Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including the original problem, troubleshooting steps taken, and final resolution.
