System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced a System Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The role includes administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, Sophos Firewall, end-user devices, macOS systems, biometric attendance (eSSL), and Hikvision CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, security, troubleshooting, and smooth day-to-day IT operations

Qualifications

• Strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology to manage servers, endpoints, and core infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and assist users efficiently.
• Experience with Network Administration to configure, monitor, and secure LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and related network services.
• Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus and endpoint protection, and basic cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to document processes, maintain asset inventories, and follow change management procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Managing AWS EC2 instances, configuring user access and permissions, assisting cloud security.
