We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Tax Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our clients manage their financial health, navigate complex tax regulations, and optimize their compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, a solid understanding of local tax frameworks, and a passion for leverage and efficiency in data-driven tax environments.

• Key Responsibilities & DutiesTax Preparation & Filing: Prepare and file accurate individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, ensuring full compliance with current laws and regulations.

• Data Validation & Compliance: Organize, reconcile, and analyze large financial datasets, income statements, and expense records to identify anomalies and missing documentation.

• Refund & Claims Optimization: Assist in executing high-volume client projects, including the verification and processing of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) refunds or equivalent withholding claims.
• Client Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for clients to gather necessary financial documentation, address queries, and provide regular updates on their tax positions.
