Job Title: Tele Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collections
• Negotiate and follow up on repayment plans
• Maintain accurate call records and update collection status
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Confident to work in Target - based environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Up to 30 years
• Language: Malayalam(Mandatory) + Hindi Or other South language
• Education: Intermediate with relevant experience / Any Graduate
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 in hand
• Performance-based incentives
• ESI
• PF

Work Details:

6 days working

1 rotational week off
