Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell loan products (personal, home, business loans, etc.) over phone calls. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan offerings, generating leads, and following up until closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data/leads
- Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and benefits clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for loan applications
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
- Persuasion and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of banking/loan products (can be trained)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th pass / Any graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
