Job Description:  

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecallers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in approach, and eager to grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain ongoing real estate projects  

- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication  

- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups  

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team  

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients  

Requirements:  

- Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)  

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn  

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated  

- Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage  

- Freshers must be energetic, confident, and have a strong desire to succeed
