Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Debt Counsellor / Debt Resolution Executive to handle customer interactions, guide them on debt solutions, and ensure timely recovery through effective communication and negotiation.

  • Connect with customers and understand their financial situation
  • Explain debt resolution / settlement options clearly
  • Negotiate and convince customers for payment closure
  • Follow up on leads and overdue accounts
  • Achieve monthly targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and payments
  • Build positive relationships with customers
