Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services through phone calls, emails, and online communication. Your goal is to generate leads, close sales, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  Contact potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and online platforms


  Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations


  Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales


  Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system


  Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to align strategies


  Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs


  Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly


  Share feedback from customers with internal teams for improvement


Requirements:


  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


  1–3 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales


  Strong verbal and written communication skills


  Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections


  Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office


  Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
