Job Description

Post-sale CRM roles in real estate focus on managing customer relationships from booking to possession, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and fostering loyalty to generate referrals. Key responsibilities include managing payments (demand letters/reminders), handling customer queries/changes, processing documentation (allotment letters/agreements), and updating clients on project progress. 


Key Post-Sale CRM Roles and Responsibilities:

Documentation and Onboarding: Prepare and issue all post-sales documents, including allotment letters, Sale Agreements, and booking confirmations.

Financial Management: Handle the collection process, issue demand letters, send payment reminders, and reconcile payments.

Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact after sales, providing timely updates on project construction milestones and addressing customer queries, complaints, or apartment changes.

Possession Coordination: Facilitate the final handover process, including arranging for site visits, managing snags, and ensuring legal compliance before handing over keys.

Relationship Management: Improve client retention and build reputation by maintaining transparent communication and fostering long-term loyalty for referrals.

Reporting and Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with internal company processes and prepare daily/weekly reports on collections, bookings, and customer feedback
