Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, references, site visits, and digital platforms
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Follow up with leads regularly
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Provide end-to-end support until deal closure
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
4. Market Research
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential locations
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance)
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent sales and convincing ability
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Basic knowledge of real estate market
