Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Wedding & Creative Services


About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive with a background in media, entertainment, hospitality, or luxury travel. You will handle inbound leads, manage our CRM, follow up with potential clients, provide quotes, and close deals for our premium wedding and branding services.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from platforms like Instagram and our website.
  • Manage lead pipelines using the CRM.
  • Provide tailored proposals and packages for clients.
  • Follow up diligently and close sales aligned with our premium service offering.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales or similar).
  • Industry background in media, film, hospitality, or travel is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; additional fluency in regional languages (like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
